只是想放一張好像有點美的天然呆放空照開場😳
身為典型的A型人格完美主義者，我一向掌控欲強又不知足。有了目標就無法忍受等待，問題解決就馬上冒出新的煩惱，更會習慣性的創造壓力、否定自我。
畢業後到出外闖蕩的這一年多，應該是我經歷最長的一段停滯。
雖然對掌控權不在自己手上的時刻，還是很容易焦慮躁進，在看不到成果的時候，還是會責怪自己一事無成；
這段煎熬的慢速時光，還是讓我變得比較能接受偶爾放慢腳步，回頭檢視已經做到的事情，對當下擁有的事物多一點感恩。
不知道有多少人跟我有一樣的特質，但希望每個人都能適時對自己說「你已經很棒了」。
未來還有很多時間能追逐美好成功的事物，但能夠感謝善待自己的當下，過了就不再。

As a typical type A person and a perfectionist, I’m never satisfied and always want everything in my control. It’s hard for me to enjoy the process before achieving anything, and I barely have any moment without something to worry about in my head. Not to mention self-negating and stress seeking, they are my daily routine.
This past year was probably the longest “pause” I’ve ever had my life, yet I did learn some lessons.
Although I’m still angsty sometimes when I don’t get to do things my way, and you might still hear me blaming myself for not accomplishing enough, somehow, I’m now more patient with my goal and more grateful for the past. I’ve learned to slow down myself a bit and to appreciate what I’ve had at the moment.
Don’t know if any of you is just like me, but you should speak to yourself, “I’ve done a great job.”
Just remember, you’ll have endless time to pursue success in the future, but the best time to start treating yourself better is right now.
